The user testing highlighted the success of "Travel Pal" in delivering a user-friendly, intuitive interface, and effective navigation.
While the simplicity of the design was praised, the need for multilingual support emerged as a critical area for improvement.
Incorporating language options can significantly enhance accessibility and widen the app's reach among diverse user groups.
Continuous testing with a larger and more varied demographic is essential to refine the app's features and ensure inclusivity.
